Mediataton & Sound Group Session

Service Description

My small group sessions will take place at Sacred Space Yoga Studio, a beautiful, welcoming setting where you can settle in, slow down and enjoy some time for yourself. Mats and blankets are provided, so there’s no need to bring your own. If you’d like an extra cushion, your favourite blanket or a little something for added comfort, you’re very welcome to bring it… just leave the full-sized mattress at home. We’re getting cosy, not moving in 🤣
