Kaizen Meditation and Sound Therapy offers guided meditation and therapeutic sound sessions, including group and 1-1 experiences. These sessions support emotional wellbeing, relaxation, and self-discovery. Please note: These services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

Bookings & Payment
All bookings are made securely through this website using Wix Payments.

Once your payment is confirmed, your session will be reserved.

We do not store or have access to your card details.
If you have trouble booking online, feel free to contact us for support.

Cancellations & Refunds
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule:

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or to rearrange.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded.

If a session is cancelled on our end, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.

Your Wellbeing
Meditation and sound therapy can sometimes stir emotional or physical responses. You're welcome to go at your own pace and take breaks when needed.
Participation is voluntary and you are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after sessions. If you have health concerns, please consult your doctor before attending.
