The BAST Method

​

In a 1-to-1 session, I use the BAST (British Academy of Sound Therapy) Method… a sound therapy approach researched and refined over 25 years… to support deep relaxation, self-exploration, and balance. Each session is tailored to you, using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramids, gongs, and gentle percussion.

You will be guided into a relaxed, altered state of consciousness (ASC)… a natural state we all experience at different times of the day, such as when we drift off to sleep or find ourselves daydreaming. In this receptive space, your body and mind can release tension and your personal construct... the way you experience and interpret life... can be explored. Sound vibrations and frequencies gently support this process, helping you access clarity, creativity, and emotional release.

​​​With 1-to-1 sessions, you will be lying down unless unable to do so… simply lying or sitting comfortably while the sounds flow around and through you. Instruments are used intentionally to create spacious tones and gentle rhythms, guiding you into stillness and insight.

Each session is designed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more in tune with yourself… while supporting natural healing and a deeper understanding of your own experiences.
