After your meditation or sound therapy session, it’s natural for your body and mind to feel a little different… relaxed, spacious, or even a bit emotional. These gentle shifts are part of the process and are completely normal.
Kaizen… small moments of care that continue long after your session
Meditation and Sound Therapy Aftercare

Aftercare

I want you to enjoy your session and I hope this gives you a sense of what to expect after. My aim is always that you leave feeling spacious, rested, and more connected to yourself.

Like many holistic practices, meditation and sound therapy can sometimes stir things up in gentle ways... physically, emotionally, or mentally. This is completely normal. You might notice shifts that feel a little different from your usual state... nothing dramatic, but often worth being curious about.

Most people feel calm and centred afterwards, but it’s also possible to feel a little achy, foggy, emotional, or even slightly “hungover” the next day. This usually passes quickly and can be a sign that something has shifted or released.

If you ever experience anything that feels sudden, strong, or worrying... especially if you have a pre-existing condition... please reach out to your GP, just to be on the safe side.

To support yourself before and after your session, it can really help to:

-
Take it slow – If you can, avoid rushing into a busy schedule. Give yourself space to let things settle gently.
-
Stay hydrated – A few extra glasses of water can help your body’s natural processes.
-
Eat light and kind – Gentle, nourishing food choices before and after the session can feel more supportive.
-
Be kind to yourself – However you feel, meet it with patience. Remember, it’s all part of the process.

And remember – you’re always welcome to reach out if anything comes up after your session.
