Monthly Group Sound Bath

Service Description

Once a month, I’ll be offering a full sound bath in a hired hall at various venues across North Somerset… a chance to lie back, get comfortable and immerse yourself in the sounds of gongs, crystal singing bowls and gentle percussion. For these sessions, please bring your own mat, blanket and cushion, along with anything else you need to feel warm and comfortable while lying down. These sessions are suitable for beginners and anyone who enjoys taking time out to relax. Upcoming dates and venues will be shared with each event.
